autocad 2010 slow to open networked files

Hello everyone I am new, I have a problem with autocad 2010. the problem occurs when I open networked files found on other pcs. autocad is very slow both in opening the file, it is a 50k file, and in browsing folders. I don't understand why, the network works well.
autocad is installed on 32-bit win7
