from what I remember in the betatest phase already started you can not add new programs to test.
Maybe I remember badly.. .

in the inventor beta forum I asked the question (between the ots) and autodesk warned me that the mechanical beta would start in January. . .
I saw that they postponed a little the beta of the suite, maybe even mechanical has undergone the same delay.

I hope you can test two products simultaneously... also because between inventor and mechanical I would have chosen the second one: for inventor there is already a lot of people (in proportion to mechanical) who use it and who can test it, mechanical is less known.
Moreover, since mechanical would allow to save even in previous releases, I could also risk trying it seriously (I can return in case of need to 2013)... with inventor I would not dare to start a job without being able to go back. . .

basically there will not be + by default the classic workspace of autocad, only ribbon.
This seems to say the first noises......... and even if expected, this is a huge substantial novelty; I don't know.
you can always recreate (with such patience) the classic bars, but you will have to do it.
At least I do.
