autocad 2020 students: creating lines from the program

good evening, I am planning a garden with autocad for mac 2020 and it is the first time I use this program. I am developing a 3d project and when I go to use the hatch command (after unusual loading) 10-line groups are automatically created in the affected area parallel to other design lines. These 10 lines are superimposed and I can only delete them with the left (green) selection and retrying with hatch are again created by sending the command to block. I thank now who will suggest me a solution

I think your autocad has problems if the command goes in lockdown.
in all cases the area to be treated must be a closed figure (e.g. a rectangle). if the figure is open (e.g., a "c") restraint from the problems you describe.

to realize if the area you want to apply the retino is perfectly closed then use the contour command, which, after selecting any point within that area, creates a polyline of the boundary of the area itself.
if the command returns an error message then that area is not closed and it is necessary to check more in depth each line to see if it connects perfectly with the others.
