autocad does not print font fillings, pictures, retini, etc.

tomorrow morning I have to deliver an elaborate and obviously I'm in trouble.
in practice, both in pdf printing and in printer printing, in the cartiglio and in the table are "empted" all characters (arial, nothing that).
At the same time the coloured retinaes are removed from various parts of the table.. .

is not a question of unprintable layers. is not a matter of fonts (because it also empties the retini). .

Never happened that.

windows xp -> installation applications -> select your version -> change\remove -> repair or reinstall
windows 7 -> uninstall a program -> select your version -> repair or reinstall

check that on the print settings under the "Shadow Shading option" entry on the "Shadow print" field is set "as displayed" and on the model space or layout/fines display style is set to "wireframe2d"
