autocad lt 2023

we use autocad lt with subscription licenses.
having to replace three pcs now a little in affanno I looked at the specifications for version 2023.

Only to me seem a little exaggerated for a software only 2d that until recently turned on much less performing hardware, and is it not that special implementations were made?

I wanted to turn two fixed posts into laptops but on a laptop they start to be specific to a certain level.

It's relative, but of course a laptop costs more and is less usable, if you don't make portability.

portability in a posture never turns it off and I will take a fixed. for the other two positions I would blur a little but sometimes it could help me.
I have not put a maximum budget a priori, I would like to take three machines that for the next 6/7 years (at least the fixed) do not give me problems even with the future autocad lt 2030 that will always have higher requirements.

I was also looking at the pc you reported but with i7.
I also looked at some hp that especially for the tower I always found reliable

the drawings are simple, no big asses, let's say that normally everything is in an a4.
However already known with the 2022 version that PCs purchased in 2017 are struggling and we are in the order of almost 3 minutes for the first start of the program especially

but are you sure that it is not enough to make a formatting and resintallare everything to return to the original performance? Does the pc have a ssd? autocad 2022 lt, in 3 minutes also leave on the nokia 3310! ok I exaggerated, but really, even an intel core of 3rd / 4th generation has significantly higher performance. and let's talk about stuff much older than you have now.

but the considerations I have made are more than ever valid today as today

This is your opinion. I have customers who, according to them, do not return on autocad only for the issue subscription but as to performance the "economic" alternatives leave much to want. Then, for charity, I am the first to say that by now autocad has made its time and it is necessary to move to more innovative solutions. but for those who only draw in 2d remains one of the best choices.
