autocad map 3d 2010: error when opening a file

Good morning, everyone. .
I am a computer technician and I have a problem with a customer who installed in a pc with win 7 32 bit, autocad map 3d 2010.
practically, every time I go to open autocad there appears an error window with written:

"irreversible error - interrupted operation"
"unreversible error: unhandled e0434f4dh exception at 75fs812fh"

Okay, and the program closes. .

How can I solve this error?!

thanks for the answer, I forgot to say that it was already working for years on win 7 32, never given problems like that and more, I have other pcs where it is always installed autocad map 3d 2010 with s.o. win 7 32 and work great, so I don't think it depends on this

I am sure that it does not depend solely on this but unfortunately not being declared compatible with that os it is also complicated to be properly assisted
