As an object, I don't know if it ever happened to you.
at the start of mep on the tab bar appears a sign indicating that there is no loaded card and the tool palette is not that hvac.
browsing the net would seem that on the forum autodesk, to the topic
"autodesk discussion groups > getting started with your autodesk product > installation & licensing > acad mep 2011 – error: unable to load profile file" of 12/10/2010 (I don't write the direct link because I don't want to violate any laws
) have found a solution.
It would seem to work!
personally, however, I prefer to put .cuix files in read-only... .
