autocad mep installation 2015 does not recognize the product key

Hello everyone, in January I bought a hp pc with windows 8, installed autocad and made me work very well, then with updates I had to switch to 8.1, and here arise problems. to from about 2 months I try to install autocad 2015 but without results, the problem is that it does not accept the product key that is 001g1, yesterday I even formatted the pc I did all the updates, but nothing the problem persists. do you know how to solve this product key problem?? p.s a colleague of mine has the same computer, he had the same problems but after formatting and being passed to w 8.1 he solved it, he passed me his same program, but to me obviously it does not go. Please give me help from yesterday I work on this damn computer,,,, update : pps the product key 001g1 from the same autodesk site. I also tried to download the student version of autocad (it arrived by email both the product key and the serial) but nothing always gives me the same problem, that is next to that code a red cross.aimè I have to make a road project for the university, if you can help me.....
