Good evening,
As I wrote in the presentation, I am a high school student who would like to learn how to use autocad p&id to draw process patterns of chemical plants.
My first problem is related to the symbols to use: Since among the available standards (iso, din, pip, etc.) is not present the Italian unichim (manual n. 6), I had thought to create a new tool palette within which to insert the symbols drawn from the available standards that are common (or similar) to the unichim ones. the tool palette I can create but the symbols that do not belong to the standard in use in the design (chosen at the time of creation of the new project) I cannot insert them.
do you know how it is possible to solve or circumvent the problem?
I also tried to search on the net but I couldn't find unichim blocks.
a curiosity for those who work in this field: what standard do you use for drawings?
Thank you!
