autocad problems 2024 with data extraction

good day, I installed now autocad 2024 and doing the data extraction goes to me in block and I can no longer do anything.
generates an excel file with deleteme writing instead of extracting data.
Has anyone happened?

thanks to the answer, but I have autocad 2024 and windows 10 pro and updates start from 2021,
I can't find those packages.
I now run this guide but nothing at the end of the extraction crashes the same.

I tried now, and actually with those two extensions it doesn't stop.
What does that mean?

means that those formats do not require the connection of autocad to excel or sw modules for data management.
the data of those formats can still be imported into excel.

windows updates add bug fixes and vulnerabilities to sw modules for connection between two applications for data exchange (data connectivity).

your excel uses sw components that conflict with other installs (mal, partially...) in your system due to continuous (undesired) windows upgrades and updates (unnecessary) to the latest software versions. These are things that happen... especially with data exchange modules that, being used also by databases, must subject to strict rules of privileges, controls and protocols etc.

a question arises at this point: but is it really necessary to always install the latest version of a sw?
What benefits does our work benefit from the previous?
but do we really have to always have the sw 'rounded' and run behind the marketing/commercial logic of certain producers?
a certain operating system is something complex but I always think of the good rhinoceros ... from plug-ins in autocad in the early 1990s to today that it arrived to version 8... in 34 years 8 releases more or less.

talking about autocad probably not, except cases or sporadic situations, but talking about other software, such as revit, the answer may not be so obvious.. .

me and my colleague have two identical pcs in the office, the only difference is that he has on office 2016 and autocad not from problems of that type, I have on office 2021 and I go in block doing the extraction.
The procedure I do is the same. the pc is identical and the updates would also say.
then it is a communication problem between office and autocad.
