autocade mep 2010

Hey, excuse me if I might have a wrong place. I have to design a biogas plant and I would be oriented towards autocad mep 2010, the other choice would be revit mep 2010. What do you recommend? I have to start from 0, so draw the walls and all the plants even if I see it hard.
other options to these two programs?
I would have already found autocad mep 2010 in English to try a little, I know that it came out in Italian and in case it did so I would be ready to buy it, you know manuals to start moving the first steps for mep?

I downloaded revit mep from the site (only in English) and tried it, finding it very intuitive, fast, with a discreet family endowment.
but perhaps, using revit, I have benefited in learning ....
