autodesk showcase 2009 and directconnect, how to import objects?

I installed autodesk showcase 2009 and autodesk directconnect 2010, but when I try to import any file, a window appears to me that says I don't find the directconnect, so I can't import any file type, either dwg or fbx converted with the autodesk converter... I tried in every way, but he just doesn't want to know... .

Can someone help me?
Should I install directconnect 2009?
