autodesk showcase 2013

Bye to all,
are new to the forum so forgive any errors.
I'm trying the trial version of autodesk showcase 2013 , I just can't import any .dwg files as a bed on the program's online guide, I checked and modified the import format of files by putting .dwg notes; I checked to be a power user or administrator, but I still can't load the dwg. I managed to import .dxb but it doesn't show me anything. these messages that appear to me: Can anyone help me?

Did you make those dwg? Have you tried to open them with autocad? if with autocad you can open them try to climb them up or convert them to dxf or sat acis and reimport them in showcase.
a note: changes operating system! xp is now obsolete and little performing. showcase may not work very well

Yes, I tried both with dwg created by me and with others but nothing, and with autocad they open....I will try to convert them as you said...
As for xp, I have already seen that it starts to trouble but for the moment I have to arrange so...
