automatic annotation holes

You could tell me why I can't put the holes in automatic for pleasure.
use nx1984 (student)...no, is not the one written by george orwell ,

I managed a couple of times to insert the holes size with the "hole and callout" and then
There was no more to make it work. Should I have disabled some filter?
holes were made with the hole function where I specified two points.

I attached a couple of pictures of what I tried to do.

looking at your video, why don't you see the number of holes automatically as in the siemens video?
