automatic creation table with list of inserted blocks

help: I would like to ask a question to all of you experts and hope to make you understand what I should do.. Let's say that I have to compose a kitchen made up of several modules (single motion, rather than drawers) and once composed, I want to know at the end of how many modules of what type is formed my composition. I own every single module saved as a block in a file and named (for example: module anta, module 3 cases, modules 5 drawers, etc...). starting from a new file, I go to insert my single blocks, fishing them from my library and composing the composition. untouched the project (maybe with a view in the plant, a frontal façade and an assonometric view and it is here that I would like to add a table (maybe drawn by me) with automatic report the amount of the associated blocks inserted (with the name of the block). What do you think? ? ?
can I use some plugins or programs sterni? ? ?

I have created my table with the data I need (block name and quantity) and I also see that by making more copies of the same block, I can also update the quantities shown in the table automatically (data extraction → updates data extraction). if I insert a new block to the design and try to update the table in the same way, do not update!!! does not insert the new line with the name and quantity of the new block inserted, why???
