automatic extraction of axles from cylindrical holes

hi I ask you a great help please:

in various moulds I must be able to create a schematic representation of the cooling circuit. in practice for each branch of the circuit (tubes and wells) I have to schematize the axis.

Can you tell me a quick procedure to do that?
I usually try to highlight the cooling system (the single axieme if the mold comes from a cat product, senn
