automatic generation table with values

Good afternoon to all,
I often have to select polygons of surfaces on autocad and then report the value in an excel table outside autocad.
I ask you if there is the possibility by autocad map3d or other autocad (civil3d or other) of being able to generate in autocad itself a table excel with the values of the selected polygons, like this:attach photos as an example of the dwg:in the photo I have highlighted with 3 different color polylines (red-green-yellow) the surfaces I have to report in the table, of course this is one of the "x" sections of project, so I ask if it has already happened to someone to be able to automate this process.

Good morning Tristan, you're right, I didn't think of this command initially...I saw the answer I studied a bit the various exports, however this implies that every polyline/object for which I want to extrapolate the information, be thought in this optical before being drawn so then the export is faster (the selection for export). so I have to improve in the initial design setting to find me well after. Thanks for the tip.
