automatic reorientation "zoom all"

Hello everyone, is there someone who can kindly tell me how to do (if you can) to remove the automatic orientation function that has props in sketches?
every time I change a size and give the ok, it regenerates and makes a "zoom all" automatic, which on large assimis is not the maximum.

there are two options:
sketcher_starts_in_2dthis option set to yes reorients the view always normally compared to the sketch plan, set to no leaves the unchanged orientation;
sketches_refit_after_dim_booksthis option set to yes readap the view to the size of the sketch, set to no leaves the unvaried view;
