Good morning, I have a reticular beam, I did the calculations of the profiles with ritter and I used profiles adapted to the results obtained. Now to limit the arrow is not possible to insert the data in sap and to automatically find the profiles suitable to my needs?

If the beam has parallel currents you could use the similarity with the full beam, at first glance neglecting the deformation due to the cut.
I don't know sap2000 and so I don't know if it's possible to do research with "objective function".
