automatically save multiple .dwg files in .dxf

I have to save more than 300 .dwg files in .dxf
Is there a lisp or a batch you can use to do it automatically?
....opening them one at a time and saving them by hand would be death.

search el forum the excel file to create it automatically.
in the file write the sequence of operations, upload files and generate the script
