Good morning, my name is angel.

I've been a designer for three years and I've clashed several times on the subject matter.
I am trying to understand if there are rules, about the representation of axes on the holes (or other elements having a revolution axis) not dissected along the same, that is, if you have to represent the axis of a hole dissected for its length but when the section does not pass from its center, obviously in that case the section passes by the hole randomly, its goal is to show more.

I wonder why it wouldn't go, but I didn't find anything about it.

I think that if in the section the axis of the hole should be quoted, then I represent it, if instead it is not listed, I usually do not sign even the axis of the hole

I would not represent the axis in case 2.
However, it is also true, that as he said, to avoid confusion in the reading of the drawing, it is better to pass the section outside the hole.

the purpose of the drawing is illustrative, it was to understand if there were rules to be applied in case you were forced to dissect in that way, I often happen on the drawings of assemblies where there are so many components and happens to cut some hole in that way

I tried with inventor to dissect out axis and to insert the axes in automatic and being however a hole the software puts the axis, then obviously if quoto in section the measure is packed compared to the diameter.

I do not know if there are specific rules for this particular case, but the holes are to be represented with the axes, sectioned or not, the partial section of a hole is however the hole, so I think it is right as the cad reasons.

I don't know exactly if there are rules on this, but I have always reasoned like this:
I put the axes I actually see in the representation of the section.
so if the axis is "before" to section -> I represent it
if the axis is "back" -> I do not represent it.
therefore in the 2 cases indicated I would not put any axis. .

I agree, I also rejoice in this way

Yes, to the reason we learned, but such sections are not voluntary. usually happens like this:
sections something in the top floor and get holes off center in the downstairs floor. .
if you have pieces with dozens of entities above and below difficult that does not happen.
