background download solidworks 2021

Good morning
on my pc came the notification that the download background is completed and asks me to install it. When I click, install, nothing happens and continues to retry it. Do I have to remove the antivirus or anything else that prevents installation?

it's better to download files from the full update and save them whenever you want. I don't do anything in the background.
Then I install them normally when I want.

Did you download the full package or package to download the update and subsequent installation?
look in the windows download folder if there is a file and its size.
