if your installation was made by a softwarehouse fixed with the centralization of the settings, you should look up the reference table with various materials and thicknesses, open it with wordpad and change it by hand; if instead there is the basic installation then in theory to delete just get to your table, select the material to be deleted and then the "elimina" button; while to add just click on standard, then on the new thickness, assign the material and the next use of the command you will find the new thickness inserted in the table.
In general it is fine but it is not so simple.
My is a softwarehouse installation but I think the basic sheet module remained as standard installation ...so difficult to find.
