Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my product and kinematics. I should carry out the transmission of the bike by means of dense conical wheels between the two trees shown in the figure.
for the realization of the final product I followed this tutorial, which is also a guide to realize the conical wheels:
I made the inlet tree with its pinion, and the outgoing shaft with the hub and the toothed wheel. Attached you can see a photo of the one made right now.
the problem is that I initially tried to make 4 parts in the casket:
input shaft, exit shaft, pinion, gear
But I couldn't simulate the mechanism. then looking at some online tutorials, I realized that it was necessary to make 3 parts:
input and exit shaft together, pinion and gear.
doing so I can simulate the mechanism, even if with some problem. problems are as follows:
1)I can not understand why there is need of 3 parts and not 4.
2)In the sketch of the trees I have set a quota from the main reference, but when I go to simulate the mechanism, I get as a result "it is not possible to simulate the mechanism because it is overlinked" (if I remove some bond and these quotas in the sketches, the mechanism works)
3)the mechanism consists of the movement of a tree and its pinion, resulting in movement of the toothed wheel and the outgoing shaft. to simulate the mechanism, catia requires that a part be fixed. in my case I fixed the part of the outgoing and incoming trees (as in the video I sent earlier to the minute 1 hour,07 minutes). However, this is not consistent with reality, where both trees move. How can I overcome the problem?
If someone liked to help me I can send the various parts and the final product via email, contact me in private so that I can exchange everything.
