bevel incoherence between inventor and norms

Good morning, I noticed an incoherence between the way to create a bevel with inventor and the method of quotation of standards. I do the example:If I have to create with inventor the bevel in figure, I must select face 2 and give distance 18 and angle 71°. the norms instead preview to quota the distance 51 and the angle 19°. Am I doing something wrong or is it actually like I said?
in this case is there any way to remedy this incoherence?

also works in the other way: select face 1, distance 51, angle 19

you are right, but if you have a hexagonal bar for example you have to repeat the bevel six times, instead selecting the face 2 do only a bevel (of course you have to select 6 edges).
