I would not consider it a bevel but a conicacy and I would quota accordingly.
therefore initial and angle with respect to the axis.
or, if for the functionality of the piece is more important I would quota the length of the cone and the angle, even if they are more difficult to measure.

is not conical, it is a rectangular plate with a triangular tip to which I made the bevel

I see now that you have opened countless posts all the same, ask the mods to leave only 1 and move it in the drawing section.
