bicycle frame scale factor

Hello everyone
I am a mechanical engineering student and for my thesis I have to design a power disintegration device in a assisted pedal bike: to start I downloaded from the internet a file.stp of a frame of a bike. once open on catia the measures do not correspond to those indicated on the site (for example the wheel instead of being 28 inch is 20). I tried to use the scale factor compared to a meridian plan that I created in the design generation module but the result is not the one desired. How can I do that?

You should first check if the scale report,
varied, corresponds to all parts, frame, wheel, etc. etc.
if yes, you are lucky, using the feature affinity(affection instead of scale)
you can set different scaling values than x,y,z,
and this should allow you to properly resize the object-
If this is not possible, I think you should extract the surfaces
that constitute the various parts, and try to resize them individually,
then reassemble all-
