Bye to all,
I did a search on the forum but did not find what I look for,
in practice, suddenly, the design area becomes black, so it is impossible to do any action on the part that I was modeling or on the axieme that was open.
commands are all available, but to move forward I have to save, close solidworks, and restart solidworks, with a huge waste of time considering that thick work on assemblies from thousands of parts, and to reopen the file takes a long time.
the version of solidworks is 2020,
the video card is not certified, it is a rtx 3050 ti for notebook, but the drivers are updated to the latest version,
Has anyone had this problem? as you have solved
Thank you very much

can be that the installed drivers of the video card are not compatible with solidworks. can be the settings in the board panel or simply windows is using the non-performance card but the one with the basic chip.

the problem is the video card. You should try other drivers until you find one that does not cause this problem. not being certified, you have to do the tests...

thanks to the answers, I downloaded the latest updated drives for the video card, choosing the "study driver" option of the drivers developed for professional applications instead of for gaming

Bye to all,
unfortunately also updating the drivers of the video card, the problem has been presented.
This time I opened a set, I opened a subset, I opened and modified a part of the under together, but when I closed the modified part, it appeared that you see in the figure, in practice I can do nothing except save, close and reopen.
Has anyone had this problem yet? How did you solve it?

with uncertified graphics cards the risk is there. for a period a pc with geforce mi ah gave me big problems and they solved themselves after an important update of windows. sometimes you do not solve and you have to change video card or pc.
for the moment you can go to solidworks options without any open file, go to the performance card and enable the option "use opengl software". the speed of the graphics will be painful, but at least it should run smoothly.

thanks to all for the answers,
I contacted the assistance, which after connecting remotely changed some windows and solidworks settings like lowering video performance, but the problem turned out while it was connected.
in the end it seems an incompatibility between the 2020 version and windows 11.
We will check if moving to version 2022 of solidworks solves the problem.
Thanks again to all those who contributed to the resolution of the problem.
Good job
