black print of ole objects

when I go to print a drawing with an ole object (file in excel), in the drawing and preview of print I see the ole object well defined, but then I print a black rectangle, it seems almost do not recognize it.. .
This problem I have responded since they changed my computer, I installed windows xp, reinstalled the program, printer driver etc...
