How do I quote the classic distances from the boundaries in building planimetry?

You mean "quote" the building with the topographic surface?
the topographic surface does not accept "quotatures"
you have to track the perimeter of the borders with an object (e.g. a fence) or use the command "catastral boundary" if the surface does not have boundary elements(objects)
