boujou 4.1(32bit) va in crash dopo "camera solve"

I have a problem with boujou . when I do "camera solve", the program does all the loading up to 100% and then crash( falls). according to you why?? ?
the frames of the video there are all, there is no jump of frames, among other things I used a very small test video (300 frame) made not with a camera, but with the 3dsmax program (just a floor with wooden textures and the camera around us) I tried with different videos.

my operating system is windows 7 to 64bit
cpu 4 core intel 2,50ghz
4gb ram
ati radeon 4300/4500 512mb hd

could depend on the incompatibility between so (64bit) and boujou 4.1 (32bit)
