brass / nickel-plated quick coupling

Good morning,

according to you, is there quality difference between a brass fitting and one nickel-plated brass for a normal application with compressed air at 8 bar on a flexible air tube often used outside?

Are better nickeled fittings?

hi the nickel should last a little longer since nickel is resistant to external agents (for example salt) depends on the working environment.

could also be two different types of fittings, sometimes the manufacturer also diversifies them externally.
for example our supplier makes connections max 200 glossy nickel-plated bars and max 400(or 500 unremembered) opaque nickel-plated bars. But we are in the hydraulic field.
However I agree with batleo! nickel is for external uses... The pipes themselves!
