calculation weight time

is it possible to calculate the moment weight of a 3d having the center of rotation and the known material? Is there a particular application? I am currently using the latest update version in 2019.

Are you sure you use "ptc creo"?

Yes, I use ptc creo, but I did not find any application that helps me.. .
