I have proposed 4.5 euros/kg but I do not know the quotation of the new, does anyone know how to give me indicative prices?

if you can serve I bought this month pipes in aisi304 diam.48.2x2 to 8.20 €/mt (eyes to the measuring unit you would need to see how much the meter weighs but .... (b2astm to 240 at about 3.10 €/kg.

I don't buy, but I just heard in the week to get directions.
the tubes are sold to the linear mt and the quotation depends on the size.
per kg is 3.6 to 4.2 heur.
so much to give you an idea, in the transformation from semi-finished to welded structure (complex ) finished, we pass from 800 heuri of material to 3600/4500 heur ( prices and processing referred to to to torino and province ).
If what you've seen you need as well, it's the price of the crude.

are two types of pipes:
One I think is the crude one, the one that has the inner welding edge.
the other is that x foods (I don't know what it's called technically), it would be the glossy one on the outside and without internal borders.
In this case your prices would be referred to the first type, right?

Electrounited tube and seamless pipe.
Unfortunately I can't tell you if there's a difference in cost.
the quotations I gave you are indicative mooolto and, as I wrote, are related to to torino and neighboring areas, in puglia could be all another story.

It seems to me that a generic definition "for food" is not enough for dairy (for steam, not for sure, excellent for mechanical characteristics but for food transport pipes do not serve).
is required at least 316l (no 304), passivato,lucido, without welding (with consequent adjustments for processing). the same for fruit juices and process of tomato and derivatives (let us lose the chemical/pharmaceutical).. you should check the regulations and specifications of your asl.

we for chocolate use 304, but it has been in time a "self-determination"; in the field there are no specific obligations, they are still very well done and cast (for "machine frames", pumps etc.).
