can't you change the quota text?

I was completely reconstituted but I couldn't find in allplan 2011 the text change command quota, until the 2009 version I'm sure it was present in the drop-down menu, but in 2011 I can't find it. how do you manually change (or better force) the value/text of a quota?

active measurement line properties the "additional head" flag and put the value you want by deactivating the "cipher measurement" flag
