This depends on the company.
I have colleagues from another company who have the company car, I don't know what they pay, but they have fuel, telepass, insurance, mechanic and a car wash per month. if they go two weeks to make the tour of Finland, the fuel and the highway pays the company and when they return they also wash the car at the expense of the company.

I also agree with what has just been said: My colleagues have the company car and use it for personal reasons (they go on holiday), they have free gasoline and telepass.
