carichi strutturali in ansys workbench

I am beginning to use ansys workbench v. 11.0
importing the geometric model from solidworks 2007.

I'm in trouble because I don't know how to do it
to apply the following structural loads:
1) concentrated force;
2) Force distributed on a line;
3) Distributed force on an assigned form surface (a circle, for example);
4) concentrated couple.
