with the judgment n. 42338 of 15 October 2013, the Court of Cassation has established that the residues deriving from the washing of the betonieres, such as the breach or the concrete sand, must be treated as waste, because they do not fall into the notion of by-product under Article 184a of the code of the environment (d.lgs. 152/2006).
