Sorry but I don't understand the problem.. What do you want/you have to do exactly?

If you have it "in your hand" you will pick up the size and "try" to copy its forms (they are strange and irregular?). First a sketch on paper and then start throwing it down on the cad.

perhaps you mean the modeling procedure (but usually using swx that should not be a problem) to possibly create a mold? or construction methods?
for these things should be seen (and you have it in your hand:biggrin, maybe put a photo.

I didn't explain too well.
My problem is how you say the modeling procedure: it is not very difficult as a piece, but I am accustomed to other types of shapes (pins, trolleys, bushings, etc....) more geometric and "square"!

when I create the races in the 4 corners tells me that it is impossible because it would generate a geometry with zero thickness..... .
