Hello everyone, thanks also to your help I sized the materozzes, now missing the casting system, someone on his book has references to the norms on the casting basins? the table on our book is illegible and blurred, can anyone help me?

There are no uniform rules for the sizing of the casting basin... in practice there are empirical formulas to get the sections of the various casting channels but nothing is tabled also because the casting system strongly depends on the geometry of the piece you will go to merge. but how do you do the project without this information?! If you have the opportunity to go to the library I suggest to take a look at the book "mechanical technology and manufacturing studies" of Santochi-giusti... is what we use and many other universities for technology and there you find everything!
