catia does not show the lengths

hello to everyone, because of a problem at the pc I had to format losing all the catia v5r20 settings.
the re-installed program works perfectly but I do not know how to activate in mechanical design->part design those two rectangles that indicate the measurements on the x axis and y places close to the end of the line you want to trace.

would you tell me how to restore them?

ok I managed to solve in part this problem, now I have a bar at the bottom of the screen that says the measure, is it possible to incorporate it on the arrow?
