catia e vb.net

Good morning to all,
I am a new user of this forum session, and recently I am evaluating a v5 cat license.
I have been developing macros in solidworks for years and I create programs for the internal management of my projects, but now I would like to bring what is done in catia v5.
having internally a visual stusio license 2010 and also developing in .net, I wanted to know what references to give to my project in vb.net to connect me with catia.
I also wanted to know if it is possible to develop something having cat installed in a pc while visual studio in another (just copy of the dlls in the pc?? ? ).
I'd be happy that someone would light me up so I could start with the right foot right away.
Does anyone have experiences with vb.net in casket?

as you would like to know if you can develop something having catia and visual study through vb.net / macro / bees.
I would like to create an interface between catia and soft.
