falonef is right: clarify what you need...however I go intuition:
if you can't get the solid may depend on the fact that you have un aligned closing points and/or not in the same direction (Fig. 1)
first select points and with dx button replace, put them positions in the corresponding edges (fig. 2)
Then you have to act on the coupling by selecting vertices (fig 2), but even if the solid is now feasible, I do not think it is valid however as the system in the absence of valid guides distributes arbitrary union points (Fig. 2)
it is convenient to create lines that will be used as guides so that they accurately define edges (fig. 3)
at this point the solid is more congruent (fig.4)
