catia v5-pieces welded

Save as from the title, use catia v5 and for pure curiosity I would like to know if it is right to draw the welded pieces in one part or make the assembly of the same and bind them as if they were welded. I suggest that now the method I'm using is to do them in one part, either to not have too many files (i.e. .catproduct and .catpart ) or to put them on the table. Thank you very much!!! is not "wrong", there are some contraindications:
1) If you need to reposition some "legated" components from constraints may not be easy. . .
2) if you do not have to extend a change to items that were originally linked... is a problem
3) for welded of a certain complexity can be problematic to work in one catpart.. .
only advantage: if welded is provided as one design number is an almost obligatory choice. . .

I fully share what you said. the advantage you said is right, in fact with the design num. it is useful to make a .catpart of two welded pieces. fortunately I work on simple pieces for example: fixing brackets for sensors, clamp brackets, tubular structures, etc. etc.
