catia v5r20 - cgr management options

hi to everyone, I just installed the r20 sp2 and in the cgr management option I can no longer activate the options within the pane (see image).

your administrator must make the options available.

Yes, okay but what I don't understand is why in the r19 (or versions prior to 20) the option was available even without entering as administrator?
