Hi.
I am dealing with my first energy certifications, my question is more about a problem of interpretation of legislation.
I was required an energy certification for an extension carried out with the house plan (Sardinian region), but the expanded part does not exceed 20%.
I am not sure that certification is also necessary in this case.
