change annotation scale to a share from properties

Hello
please I would like to know if, through the properties of a quota I can change the annotation scale;
if in the model card I use only one layer quotas, in this case annotative, I can adjust the annotation scale of the current view for quotas; but this operation modifies me all quotas: if they select 1:5 or 1:20 etc. all quotas adapt to that scale; If I wanted to change the scale to one share, how could I do it?

first of all you impose the tax variable to 0, you will see that so you do not go to associate the new scale to all the quotas...
