change layer in layout windows

Hi I have a small problem, I practically get a lot of work to edit, going to the layouts I find windows, I can't edit or delete the windows (I can change the content but not the window) as soon as I want to delete the window I get a x next to the mouse, someone can give me a nice hand?

Can you make a screenshot of what you see when you try to delete the window? because if you see a red x it is absolutely normal

It's normal. that x red is the badge corresponding to the command deletes. select the window and press Enter

It doesn't make me select it, that's the problem, it doesn't even make me move the window is like it's stuck.

honestly not; autocad I learned it 30 years ago on paper manuals and doing so much practice. never followed an autocad course in my life.
