change numbering bubble

who can kindly explain how to assign a specific number to a bubble?
For example, I have three bubbles (15, 27, 32) and I want to refresh them as (1, 2, 3)

are not very experienced but the bubble follows the numbering of the table.
and the table does not have many parameters to order it if not by column, it is not that you can choose the random order but follows alphabetical/numeric increasing/degressive
If you have to put random numbers then you have to make a "boiling" symbol and write to us what you want
