change part from center contained with excel

Hello, everyone. I'm making some parametric drawings to handle with an excel table. in these designs use the standard flanges present in the contained center. what I'm interested in is whether I can, always through excel, change the flange, maybe by inserting in a row in excel simply the reference number of the component or any other method. Thank you!

you should save yourself a copy, rename all the names, make your changes and reprint in the cc

Maybe I explained badly. I have the need, for example, to move from a pn10 flange to pn16. I wanted to know if it's possible to make some sort of "replace from a contained center" through excel. Thank you.
